I am Risto Keränen from Espoo, Finland, 60 years of age and a full time photographer/fisherman/baby sitter. I like to be in the woods with my photo gear and at the river/lakeside with my fishing gear. To my family belongs Marja-Leena, my wife and sons Tuomas and Timo with their wives Hanne and Mari, and grand daughters Venla (5), Sanni (3) and Hertta (1).

Lapland and Kainuu, Central Eastern part of Finland, are my favorite places, besides the near ones Lauttasaari in Helsinki and Manor rapids and Suomenoja bird sanctuary in Espoo.
